Germany
March, 2007
One of Germany’s largest construction powerhouses, Theodore Wille Intertrade (TWI), was awarded the Prime Vendor contract for the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) throughout Germany. Although an economic giant, TWI faced the daunting issue of properly organizing the logistics around U.S.-made furniture for the DoDDS schools in an efficient and cost effective manner. Armed with the knowledge that Nova International, Inc. excels at project logistics and management around the global, TWI turned to Nova to take charge.
Nova consolidated, inspected, inventoried, and categorized all the TWI-purchased furniture in their Maryland warehouse, coordinated and loaded containers for shipment overseas, and arranged for delivery and installation at each of the 16 DoDDS schools in Germany.
