When USAID Maputo decided to increase the workspace of each staff member's workstation by 30", Nova knew exactly how to approach the challenge. New space plans were drawn up and approved by the customer, and Nova's installation team arrived on-site to manage and supervise the reconfiguration.
Nova's install team trained local staff to disassemble existing workstation configurations and reassemble the workstations with the added parts and pieces needed to expand the work area. As always, Nova's Project Manager was on-hand to supervise every phase of the process.
