  1. How does shipping work?

    We can either quote to military or diplomatic distribution points in the continental US or we can provide commercial shipping quotes to the actual location. For military shipments through MTMC we require a TCN#.

  2. What is the status of my order?

    Enter your TCN or purchase order number to track the delivery of your furniture order. If the order has no eta, please call our DC office at (202) 338-4009 for customer service assistance.

  3. Where do we ship product to?

    Anywhere in the world!! Sudan, Diego Garcia. You name it we can do it.

  4. When Nova will invoice us?

    For all regular (non credit card) orders we invoice right after merchandize is shipped or right after services are rendered. We have 30 days invoice terms. All commercial clients including foreign governmental clients prepay 50% or 100 % before goods are shipped depending their account history. Some well establish commercial clients may not have to prepay. Please check payment terms before placing an order if you are commercial (NON US GOVERNMENT) customer.

    For Credit Card orders we charge CC right after processing an order.
