Nova International's GSA Packaged Office Contract allows U.S. Government customers to use Nova as a single source provider for both goods and related services such as design, space-planning, project management, staging, consolidation and packing, customs clearance, delivery and installation all with a single purchase order.
As per the terms of the contract, Nova can also provide any site preparation services such as painting, electrical, landscaping, carpet installation and drapery services as well as post-installation inventory management.
Comprehensive Furniture Management Services (CFMS) Contract # GS-29F-0009V
Nova International, Inc. now has a new GSA contract for Comprehensive Furniture Management Services – CFMS. We can now offer all our expertise in logistics and installation – on contract # GS-29F-0009V. Included are space planning, layout and design, and specification as well as transportation, logistics and installation services.

If you need new furniture, Nova will work with you to understand the functions and processes of your organization as well as the equipment used to complete your work. Then we’ll recommend the proper furniture to meet your requirements. Our experienced staff will specify the furniture and create a scaled layout which includes the necessary private offices, staff workstations, conference or reception areas and specialty spaces. With the floor plan, bill of materials and 3-d drawing, we will work with you to plan the logistics and installation portion of your project. Based on our experience, we will provide options which meet your schedule and budget. During the installation phase, we’ll utilize just the right mix of skilled, specialty and unskilled labor to get your project installed on time and on budget.
If you have furniture but it doesn’t meet your needs, we can provide reconfiguration services of your existing furniture. Whether the number of your staff has changed or you are moving to a different space, our team can have you up and running with a new layout. As with a new furniture project, we’ll do a layout and floor plan and work with you to schedule the project according to your needs. We can do one section or one floor at a time – whatever works for you. In addition, our Certified Reconfiguration Team can train your local staff to understand the nuts and bolts of your modular furniture for better local management and control.

U.S. Navy Blanket Purchase Agreement # N00189-07-A-0043

Nova International was awarded a Packaged Office Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the U.S. Navy for all U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps customers around the world to use as a streamlined contracting vehicle and reduce the costs involved with acquiring office furniture and furnishings. Under the U.S. Navy BPA, Nova becomes a chosen single source provider for procurement and services related to large scale office furniture and furnishing projects.
As per terms of the contract, all Department of the Navy and Mairne Corps cardholders, Contracting Officers and general contractors authorized by Naval Facilities Engineering Commands in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52-251-1 entitled "Government Supply Sources" may use this BPA in addordance with their delegated purchase authority.
U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps customers can also view products available from Nova International under the U.S. Navy BPA contract and issue orders via the Department of Defense EMall website.
